If you’re not seeing improvement in your child’s autism symptoms like tantrums, aggression, rigidity, nonverbal autism, stimming, eloping, etc – you need to change your approach to autism diets. Going gluten/dairy free can bring more symptoms and long-term consequences if you’re not doing it right.
Restrictive diets – including low oxalate, candida diets, keto, vegan, Nemechek, gaps, paleo, carnivore or other restrictive diets can do harm long term even though they can help initially (and they can exacerbate behavioural and physical issues) in children with autism, undermethylation, copper toxicity and poor gut health/impaired microbiome.
