We often have these feelings about removing a child’s favorite food and changing lifestyle because…isn’t this child suffering enough already?

Here are my best tips and words of encouragement for you so that you can make that transition easier for both of you.

If you feel bad enough for your child that you give in to their cravings and preferences, you are doing them a huge disservice. It could have seriously bad long-term effects on their future.
